Overview
The ISO technical committee (ISO/TC 176 Quality management and quality assurance, subcommittee SC 2) to ensure adequate continuity of the standard to business, by setting a unified structure of international standards, compatibility and integration with other management systems standards, and also compatibility with modern techniques for documenting and strengthening the capability of organizations to satisfy their customers, in addition to meeting stakeholders and the relevant requirements

Objectives 
The program is designed to clarify the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015, new principles and concepts, and the relationship between them. Will also go through the new philosophy of the standard, which is considered a revolution in the world of management, to adopt the risk-based thinking, to link performance to results, and their impact on the success of the organisations adopting these standards, with the participation of attendees in workshops and open discussions. As well as to introduce participants to the importance of the organisational context and how to build bases of confidence with stakeholders by identifying their needs and expectations.
